Our client is a well-regarded recruitment agency with a specialist Technology & Transformation practice, partnering with major banking, insurance, wealth management and fintech businesses on large-scale change programs. When those businesses need to hire, they call this team first - which means your desk comes with genuine momentum behind it.
Recruitment experience? Great. No recruitment experience? Also fine. They are just as interested in strong sales or client-service backgrounds with the drive to learn and the confidence to hold a conversation with senior stakeholders.
What you will actually be doing
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for niche and senior technology roles
- Owning candidate relationships end to end, from first conversation through to offer and start date
- Partnering with hiring managers on interview coordination, feedback and offer management
- Advising clients on market rates, talent availability and hiring strategy
- Building your own pipeline through networking, referrals and proactive outreach
- Spotting new business opportunities inside existing and prospective accounts
- Keeping the CRM accurate so nothing slips through the cracks
